  1. Registration for Pre-Conference Workshop closes on
    Tuesday, 19 May 2009    .

  2. Registration for 1st AMA Conference closes on
    Thursday, 28 May 2009.

  3. Registration for the above events may be made:

      3.1 ONLINE by logging on to https://www2.mediation.com.sg/eventlisting.aspx. Payment is by credit card.
           
      3.2 by returning this form together with CHEQUE/SGD BANK DRAFT made payable to “Singapore Mediation Centre” by post or hand to: Singapore Mediation Centre, 1 Supreme Court Lane, Level 4 Singapore 178879. Please indicate “1st AMA Conference” overleaf.

  5. Student registrants must send a photocopy of a valid student identification together with the registration form and payment to be entitled to the student rate.  Original student identification must be produced during conference registration for admission.

  6. Registration (on or before the closing date) is confirmed upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise notified.

  7. Cancellations, transfers and refunds may be made upon receipt of written notice as follows:

    Pre-Conference Workshop

    Notice received after 19 May 2009 – No refund

    1st AMA Conference

    Registration transferable.
    No refunds once payment made


      7.1 A sum of S$20.00 with the prevailing GST rate will be levied for administrative charges for any cancellation received in writing on or before the closing date.
           
      7.2 There will be no refund whatsoever for the following cases:
           
        7.2.1 If the notice of cancellation for the Pre-Conference workshop is received after the closing date;
           
        7.2.2 For cancellation of registration for the 1st AMA Conference; and/or
           
        7.2.3 If a participant fails to attend the event or any part thereof for whatever reason.
           
      7.3 Registrations are transferable within the same Organisation and same fee category. Please provide the name of the substitute at least 7 working days prior to the commencement of the Pre-Conference Workshop or 1st AMA Conference, as the case may be.

  8. Singapore Mediation Centre reserves the right to cancel the event or change the venue, speakers and dates, or revise the programme or fees should circumstances so warrant.
