AMA provides access to Members’ Services

The Asian Mediation Association (“AMA”) brings together the leading mediation centres in Asia.  With members from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore, AMA members provide access to resources for the settlement of business and commercial disputes in Asia, involving Asian businesses and business cultures.  These resources include

• facilitation of mediations in a neutral jurisdiction
• facilitation of mediations by a neutral mediator
• selection of mediators (including mediators and co-mediators who may be able to mediate in more than one language)
• mediator training
• mediation and dispute resolution systems design and implementation

AMA itself currently does not provide services independently of its members.
